The annual Seed Blessing at Nutrient Dense Farm brought together more than 30 people, young and old, to welcome the first signs of spring. Participants ranged in age from one year to 90, making the gathering a true meeting across generations.
Seed carries both memory and possibility. Bringing seed together before planting gives farmers, gardeners and families a moment to pause, offer gratitude and recognize the life entrusted to their care.
The celebration was held on a beautiful day at Nutrient Dense Farm. It was a simple but powerful reminder that biodynamics is not only a set of agricultural practices. It is also a way of strengthening relationship: with the earth, with the seasons and with one another.
